If you an item such as food put it in your cart but do not leave things you decide you do not want just any where in the store- be respectful

When looking at clothes do not just pull them off the hangers and leave them on the floor or laying around if you decide against the item. Put them back where you found the item

Do not cry or have a fit if you do not get what you want in the store when your parents say no.  They know what they can afford and what they cannot so do not make a scene in public places.
