excited, tired, scared, nervous, calm, annoyed, uncertain, worried, lonely, disappointed, curious, proud, frustrated, embarrassed, hopeful, and even silly—and each one helps us understand what’s going on inside and how we react to people, places, and situations around us.

Yes!!
