They are trained to work with students who need extra help with problems outside of the classroom. You can talk to them about other students being mean to you, self-esteem, problems at home, questions about university or college, and much more!

Similar to a guidance counsellor - they can help you talk about your problems and can also work with your family if your family is having difficulties.

Unhelpful! Someone might get seriously injured when a fight takes place, especially if someone is bringing a weapon. You can tell your principal what you heard and make sure he keeps your name anonymous.
