What is a WOOHOO and a Boohoo? How do you earn or receive them?
We earn a Woohoo when we meet expectations and are doing the right thing! We get a Boohoo if we don't meet expectations or receive too many reminders and/or warnings

We should be in a straight, single-file line, at a voice level 0, about an elbow from the wall.
