1. Take some deep breaths.
2. Communicate with a me and I will address the situation as best we can in the moment. (You can also talk to an adult you trust, and they will point you in the right direction)

I sing (been singing since I was little, mostly in church but now just at home in my shower and for special occasions like recently my dad's wedding)
