What must you do if you have a question?
Quietly raise your hand, and wait to be called on or for a teacher to come to you.

At first bell ready to be lined up with materials my second bell.

Lineup.
Who should you ask when you don't understand something?
Teacher
When can you go to the bathroom?
Before school, During lunchtimes and if you ask the teacher politely and you are given a green permission slip.
How should you stand in line?
Facing front, hands to side, no talking.
Are you allowed to eat in class?
Nope
When a teacher is teaching our voices are at a level?
Zero
What item is not allowed to be out at any time?
Mobile phones
How do you enter the classroom and begin your day?
Line up in two lines quietly with my school materials after putting my bag on the racks. I come in and stand behind my desk. Then I complete my warm up activity.
Describe the correct way to walk back to class.
Students should walk quickly and quietly, in a STRAIGHT line.
What does responsible mean for our class?
Having all my materials and turning up on time ready to do all my work
What time is snack time?
Never
What does "do the right thing the first time" mean?
Follow directions immediately.

What do we do when we need a new pencil?
Hand up and then ask teacher to go and get a new pencil from the caddy
What does respectful mean for our class?
No swearing or yelling at each-other.
Where should we keep our hands and feet?
To ourselves!
How do we leave the room
Scan my area for rubbish and put any in the bin. Work put in folder and away then lined up behind my desk quietly.
What happens if we fail to follow directions the first time?
Reminded of expectations
What should I do if another student is doing something I don't like or is annoying me?
Try to respectfully let the other student know, using "I feel statements". Or move away and let the teacher know.
What happens if I fail to follow directions a second time?
You move seats away from your friends. If continued you go to buddy class.
Why do we have to work quietly.
To be able to focus and let other students focus. So the teacher can hear if students have questions and be able to help them.
What happens in an emergency.
Listen to teacher. If lockdown we stay in class quietly under desks. If fire drill we go to oval and line up in alphabetical order.
