By raising a quiet hand and waiting patiently to be seen and acknowledged.
What do you need to do when you go to the bathroom?
Ask Ms. Conner for permission ONLY if it an EMERGENCY!
What are the expectations when walking in the hallway?
We walk quietly and keep our hands to ourself (keep distance).
What if the people you're sitting next to is not having a good day?
You can try to help them by showing that you care.
Why is following instructions so important to your learning in this class?
You may miss some very important knowledge that can help you in what you are learning!
What should you do if you have a problem?
Try and solve it yourself, if you can't, talk to a teacher or an adult
If you're standing next to someone in line who is trying to distract you, what should you do?
Silently move to a better spot.
What should you bring to the computer lab?
Nothing, unless, Ms. Conner requests certain items from your homeroom teacher.
How are you expected to behave in the computer lab?
Polite, respectful to self, teacher, and others, and mature.
What can you do if you finish an assignment early?
-Raise your hand to get Ms. Conner's attention and she will let you know what you can do next.
If there is a lockdown drill while you're in the computer lab, what should you do?
Stay calm and follow Ms. Conner's instructions.
How do you come into the computer lab?
Quietly and listening for instructions from Ms. Conner.
Will you be allowed to talk during your time in the computer lab?
Yes, only on level 1 (whisper).
What sites should you be visiting on your Chromebook?
Only the sites Ms. Conner is telling you to, otherwise, you'll lose your computer privilege.
How long should it take us to line up to go anywhere?
Less than one minute. Let's try it!
Are you allowed to bring any food, snacks, beverages, or water into the computer lab?
NO, because it can damage the technology.
Whom are you able to talk with while in the computer lab?
Only your neighbors (those sitting right next to you)
