Define Concentrated Solution
Concentrated solutions have a lot of solute per volume of solvent
Define a neutral substance according to it's pH
Neutral Substances have a pH of 7 (right in the middle of the pH scale)
Define the word "indicator"
An Indicator is a natural substance that changes colour in the presence of an acid or a base!
What is the biggest music tour going on today?
Taylor Swift, The Eras Tour
which athlete has the most olympics medals of all time?
Define Dilute Solution
Dilute Solutions have low solute per volume of solvent (aka they have a high water content when water is the solvent!)
Name at least four of the properties of an Acid.
Acids:
- Taste Sour, Conduct Electricity, React With Metals
- Are Corrosive, Change litmus from blue to red, pH less than 7 (0-7)
What indicators have we learned about? (there are four, one is a vegetable)
1. Red Cabbage Juice
2. Blue Litmus Paper
3. Red Litmus Paper
4. pH Paper
Who has more kids?
Kim Kardashian & Kanye West
Travis Scott & Kylie Jenner
Beyoncé & Jay Z
Kim & Ye = Four Kids
Travis & Kylie = Two Kids
Bey & Jay = Three Kids
Which team won the WNBA championship in October 2023?
The Las Vegas Aces & A'ja Wilson took home the Finals MVP Award

What requires more packaging Dilute or Concentrated Products?
Since concentrated products are more solute per volume of solvent, they usually require less packaging than dilute products.
AKA Dilute products require more packaging.
Name at least four of the properties of an Base.
- Taste Bitter, Conduct Electricity, Feel Slippery
- Are Corrosive, Change litmus from red to blue, pH greater than 7 (7-14)
Define Corrosion
Corrosion is the wearing away of materials by Chemical Action
Which artist has the best-selling music Album of all time? (hint: the artist is dead)
Michael Jackson - Thriller (1982) 51.2 Million Copies Sold.
What marvel show is currently coming out on Disney plus?
Loki Season 2!
Give me 3 examples of concentrated products.
1. Instant coffee
2. Canned soup
3. Concentrated juice in a can
If I have substance with a pH of 8.5:
1. what would it do to blue litmus paper (in terms of colour)
2. what would it do to red litmus paper (in terms of colour)
3. Is the solution and acid, base or is it neutral?
If I have substance with a pH of 8.5:
1. Nothing would change, the blue litmus paper would stay blue.
2. The red litmus paper would change colour to a purple/blue
3. Since it has pH of 8.5, it is above 7 which means it's a base!
Another word for Corrosion is what? (hint: the Colour Orange)
Another word for corrosion is Rust.
Name four guest Bobbi Althoff has had on the "really good podcast"

Rick Glassman, Funny Marco, Drake, Lil Yachty, Mark Cuban, Tyga, J Balvin, Shaq, Charlie Puth, Jason Derulo & Offset
Which movie made more money, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3 or Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse?
GOTG 3 = 845 Million Dollars worldwide
SMASV = 690 Million Dollars worldwide
When I want to make a concentrated product, do I reduce (take away) the amount of solute or the amount of solvent?
Since concentrated products have a high ratio of solute to low volume of solvent, to create concentrated products we reduce the amount of solvent!
Why is pH paper different from litmus paper? What does pH paper tell us that litmus paper CANNOT tell us?
pH paper gives us a shade of colour that corresponds to a number on the pH Scale. Litmus paper changes colour to tell us if a substance is an acid (red) or a base (blue). pH paper tells us how acidic/basic a substance is.
Name the three factors that can increase the rate of corrosion
1. Amount of Oxygen (Air)
2. Amount of Water
3. Amount of Acid, Strong Base or Salt
What are the three most popular Genres of music on Spotify & Apple Music in 2023?
