During lab, how are you supposed to handle spills, broken equipment, or injuries?
Report it to Ms. Marci first! If it is a simple spill, clean it up after telling Ms. Marci. For things like broken equipment, you are not required to clean it up. Safety First!
False, unless otherwise specified, most of your quizzes and exams are mostly open notes. Meaning: take careful notes so that you can use them properly for Quizzes and exams.
What did Ms. Marci study in college?

Will you always be able to make up for your late work? How?
Yes, but you typically only have 1 more week to complete it. If you were excused, 1 week no penalty. If unexcused, you will have 1 week with a penalty for each day late.

Basically, turn work that is your own work. Don't copy from your peers. You are only allowed to work together when you are told to do so, however, your final product should be something you did yourself.
How are projects usually done?
Projects may take different formats: poster, PowerPoint, demonstration, experiment, or teaching-style presentation.
Each project includes a short presentation to build communication skills and share knowledge.
A student comes into Ms. Marci's Science class and receives classwork that ties into yesterday's class that they missed, so they do not understand how to do the work. What should they do?
a. Refuse to do the work & put their head down
b. Sit through the whole class trying to work through the assignment
c. Complete it honestly (even if it's incorrect) as long as they finish it on time.

d. Other: Ask Ms. Marci a question or for help. I am human, sometimes I might forget that you were absent/missed the previous work or even handed you the wrong assignment. Always ask me to clarify anything, if needed.
