Yes and no. Children have a very low chance to die from the virus as their immune system is very strong at a young age. Adults have a higher chance to die from COVID - 19 as their immune system is much weaker.
Does social distancing actually help?
A virus mostly spreads through air and water, the person could be just coughing a lot which would let the disease spread much faster into the air, spreading all over the place.
