Drag depends on the cross-sectional area of the object pushing through the air. Making a rocket as narrow as possible is the best way to reduce drag.

Scientific Question: What happens when you mix vinegar and baking soda.
The baking soda and the vinegar create an ACID-BASE reaction and the two chemicals work together to create a gas, (carbon dioxide) Gasses need a lot of room to spread out and the carbon dioxide starts to fill the bottle, and then moves into the balloon to inflate it Baking soda is a chemical called sodium bicarbonate and it reacts with vinegar. Vinegar is called acetic acid. These two chemicals react and form something new. You can see that a reaction is happening.
If we increase the amount of baking soda then the balloon's growth will increase because "The baking soda and the vinegar create an ACID-BASE reaction... carbon dioxide starts to fill the bottle, and then moves into the balloon to inflate it."
