What is the BSA Safe Swim Defense?
The BSA Safe Swim Defense plan is mandatory for all swimming activities. It requires Qualified Supervision, Personal Health Reviews, a Safe Area, Lifeguards on Duty, Lookouts, Ability Groups, the Buddy System, and strict Discipline.
