Open FMC, Click edit in the pencil next to the Plan ID, Type NCSL under Carrier, 0 in Cost, Select USD, and make sure the Rate Type is PER_LOAD. Click Submit for Validation then Submit again after it goes through. Redo the same process changing the Carrier to RLB1 to put it back on the Relay board.

No, snoozed loads are there waiting for reschedule, rebuild or if it’s an ITR, waiting for the trailer to start rolling. If you have a question about a load in snoozed, reach out to the owner.

How to mass flip TPAs?

  • Copy VRIDs from WIMS
  • Paste into FMC
  • Download CSV and open
  • Change shipper account to NCSL and save
  • Go to Actions -> Upload -> Select saved doc -> Upload
  • Wait for play button to appear and click.
  • Refresh FMC to ensure all loads have been flipped.
  • Back to the original doc -> change shipper account to RLB1 -> save
  • Repeat upload process
  • Refresh FMC to confirm all loads are returned to RLB1. If not, manually flip back to RLB1.

How to replan IBVendor loads?

  • Open load in FMC -> check notes to confirm load is not a deal days load.
  • Slide over to the shipper account -> click the hamburger button and copy the ARN (Amazon Reference Number)
  • Go back to WIMS and click on the Report tab -> Cargo Not Picked Up (Replan)
  • Paste the ARN (or multiple) in the box and Select Amazon_RLB Coverage for the Reason Code.
  • Click Continue
