What is the goal (objective) of SDGs?
To create a better world and a better life for all.
More than 1.2 billion people in developing countries live without electricity. Without electricity, clinics can't keep vaccines and students can't do their homework in the evening.
A part of this problem is that most of this electricity is from unsustainable energy like coal and gas, that is harmful for the environment.
What is the goal of SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy)?
We need to use new, renewable energy that is sustainable. For example, solar/wind/hydro energy.
