A student who has a partial IGETC that is only missing their language other than English can fulfill it with high school coursework if they had this many years of a language in high school.

A student who doesn't meet Psychological Science change of major requirements can do this, in which they temporarily declare the Social Ecology major, then declare the Psychological Science major after completing all of its major requirements.
