What kind of chores can a UC do?

Care providers may assign individual chores to unaccompanied children to teach them responsibilities for their own living environment but unaccompanied children may not be required to clean up areas they do not occupy or use, such as administrative offices. Care provider must have written policies and procedures regarding chores assignments and schedules.

To appropriately respond to the dead of a child in the care and custody of ORR, ORR and its provider must immediately report the death to a appropriate federal state, and local authorities. ORR must also notify the minor parents, legal guardian, attorney, congressional officials and consulate officials of the death.
