Asking for your order to be corrected when a fast food worker gives you the wrong food. Asking a friend to pay back money owed to you. Asking for clarity on an assignment.

Find solutions to problems as they occur. Be proactive to avoid problems. Feel a sense of ownership over learning. Develop independence and feel empowered.
