False! A sensory toolkit can be tangible, or just a list.  It can have fancy items you buy at a store, or it can have basic things you can find in your home or can make.

Trick question - both! You want to choose healthier options as often as you can. But, treating yourself to a sweet or a more indulgent meal is totally fine.  Having some "unhealthy" meals won't cause issues.  Having ONLY unhealthy meals will!

Talk to a doctor.  Some medications are given to you for a reason, whether it is to prevent something bad or make something good happen. Other medications aren't necessary, but can be dangerous to quit all at once. Bad symptoms? There's almost always an alternative your doctor can prescribe instead!

Limit your ability to learn, listen, concentrate and solve problems. It  can lead to aggressive or inappropriate behavior such as yelling at others. Your immune system is weakened.  Your metabolism slows and you may gain weight/not lose weight as easily.  Your physical appearance deteriorates.

Boundaries allow us to remain comfortable, identify our limitations, and express these to other people. It allows us to stay emotionally in control, respected, and calm.

It keeps your brain firing and developing new neurons, which keeps it active and healthy.  It can prevent dementia, mental illness, etc.  It makes sure that you can make the best split second decisions/reactions in complicated situations (i.e., driving)

Sensory defensive means you don't like certain textures, and are really sensitive to senses that feel bad.  Sensory seeking means you crave sensory input, and love to have lots of sensations at once
