No! But exercising is a great way to relieve stress and be healthy.

Talk to them, and if they do not wish to talk to you about it, guide them to resources on/off campus you know will help them

Maybe??? JK probably not lol
How long each day should you exercise for?
At least 30 mins a day, or 2.5 hours a week

The Green Dot program helps students learn how to handle situations where they may see someone is in trouble and finds different ways to help them or get them out of that situation.
