No We can't yet support military/APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipping from these addresses needs to be purchased separately.

As of right now, split 1099-K forms aren't something we provide, but we so appreciate you letting us know that this is an option that you're interested in - I'll be sharing your feedback with my team.
For Not Handmade (NHM) listing appeals, can we escalate small top shops or Star sellers?
No only If the seller is a Power or VIP Shop, regardless of Star Seller status.

Check to see if the account is frozen for any reason or if the disbursement has been delayed due to high-value or risk-based delays.

Yes these can be replaced with their equivalents by editing the address on the right of the label purchase page.

Refunded and cancelled orders are still included in your gross totals, as required by the IRS.

Can a member purchase a label for an order more than 12 weeks old?
Sellers on Etsy have 12 weeks to purchase a shipping label for an order.
While I wish there was a way to extend this past 12 weeks for you, we don't have a workaround for this. Recommend purchasing postage off of Etsy
If a member needs to update the 2024 name/address/taxpayer details." can we help them with this change?
Members are able to make updates to the 2024 Taxpayer Information until March 14th.
How can you Determine that a Listing Was Removed?
Three main places to look for these are:

We'll hold their funds for 5 days to help protect them and your account.

When Sellers can start making edits to 2024 taxpayer info if it's incorrect on their 1099-K form?
On February 1, 2025, deadline: Final deadline for sellers who need to update 2024 taxpayer info. Sellers can't update after March 13th.
What you should advice to a member that says their shop has been suspended for repeat policy violations - this is a mistake!
