Yes, students must get permission from instructors prior to make-up work and exams.

You can be added anytime and the Job's List is updated every month.
What should you do if you need to update your personal information?
You will need to fill out a Student Information Form and notify the Education Department of the changes.
Can you make an appeal for unexcused absences, a tardy, or denial to make up work?
Yes, your appeal must be submitted within 10 days of the incident.

What are OJT Cards?
Used to document student work history, required by the Department of Labor.
When are OJT Cards due?
OJT Cards are due every 5 weeks and should be placed in the space provided for them in the hallway.
Do all students need to fill out OJT Cards?
Yes, the Department of Labor requires that all students fill them out.

No, if found filling out or changing another student's signature, the student(s) involved will be subjected to disciplinary action.
What happens if you exceed the allowed number of absences within the school year?
The student may be dropped from the program and be given an Incomplete for the school year.
