What is the difference between blending with paint/oil pastels and blending with colored pencils?
You can not burnish with paint or oil pastels, you can only layer. You can burnish with colored pencils.
What is the difference between proportion and value?
Proportion only relates to the size of different parts of a 2D work of art, whereas value has to do with the darks and lights of different parts of a 2D work of art.
