What is a sourced candidate? What is a matched candidate?
A Sourced candidate was provided to the employer based on the information within their resume, this candidate did not apply to the position and will not have application questions completed.
A Match candidate has applied directly to the position and the information within their resume "matches" the keywords within the job posting.
If an account has been disabled by finance, how do I proceed?
Submit a case to the finance department to change.
How do we refund for the ITA: Apply ad?
Create a case under "Finance Request" and fill out the information per SFKB article "ITA: Apply - Refunds - Overview and Guidelines"
