The date shortcut you can use to search for appointments one month from now.
What is m+1?
If a patient's insurance responds but does not e-verify you can look in what form folder to view the electronic response.
What is Response History?
This guarantor account is used if the patient was injured in a car accident and is being seen for those injuries or may have been injured at school.
What is Third Party Liability Guarantor Account? (TPL)
In order for Epic to respect a temporary address, the following information must be entered.

This checkbox allows epic to search for the first available appointment.
What is Auto Search?
The shortcut used for today's date.
What is "t"?
The field where you enter the termination date when expiring an insurance coverage.
What is the eff to date?
This guarantor account is used if the patient was sent by his employer, is an inmate or ward of the state.
What is a Corporate Guarantor Account?
The place where bills are sent after insurance has paid.
What is the guarantor's address?
A patient's appointment is actually scheduled after you click this button.
What is Accept on the Appointment review window?
This shortcut can be used in the referring provider field if it was the patient's primary care physician?
What is pcp?
The insurance plan you would enter if you can't find the Workers Comp Insurance in Epic.
What is Generic Workers Comp?
This guarantor account is used for visits where the patient is responsible for their bill.
What is a SEP P/F account.
The status a patient's appointment has once the patient has been checked in.
What is Arrived?
On a provider's schedule, what color would indicate that a slot had no regular openings, but at least one overbook appointment available?
What is Yellow?
This button within registration will allow users to quickly copy the patient's address to a contact, guarantor, or subscriber.
What is Pull Info?
The field that needs to be completed on all patients that have Medicare and another insurance.
What is MSPQ Type?
This account can be used if the patient does not want to receive the bill at their home address.
What is a Confidential Guarantor Account?
Usually the last form accessed by end-users that is used to verify patient, guarantor, and insurance information.
