No, treat corn hole like all other equipment. Do not check out during bad weather.

1. Make sure everything at ERC is checked in
2. Make sure no wet towels in washer

What is our policy for day lockers? (2 Rules or Requirements)
Patrons are allowed to use day lockers during their workout. It is recommended that they bring a lock and lock their stuff while they are exercising. Remind them that they cannot keep stuff in day lockers overnight!

When are the restrictions on renting out Bikes?
1. After it is dark
2. During bad weather

If there is a tornado warning, what do you do as a supervisor and attendant?
1. Announce the code Gray over the radio.
2. Make all patrons aware of the Tornado.
3. Tell patrons that every area of the Rec-Plex is now closed and it is highly recommended that they enter the locker room until the code is clear.

What is the best way to confront a patron without a membership?
Explain to them that they do not currently have a membership. Ask for their Dayton Affiliations, verify eligibility, update information, and then provide them membership options.
I have a 4 year old son who is joining a Monday Wednesday beginner swim class. What are the the steps in Fusion to sell this to him?
1. Make sure the swim lesson form is filled out correctly.
2. Go to the child's name in Fusion (or make him an account) and press > registration > locate appropriate swim lessons difficulty > locate the correct date and time they prefer > press household > change account to the head of the family > sell to the head of family via appropriate payment method.
While wet mopping the North Gym, how often should you flip the towel and replace it?
Flip the towel after every court. After two courts, get a new towel.
If a patron comes to the equipment desk asking for ice saying they twisted their ankle, what are your next steps?
1. Call a code orange ("no further assistance needed").
2. Give the patron a bag of ice.
3. Fill out an incident report.
What happens if patron breaks are damages a piece of equipment.
1. Do NOT check in equipment
2. Let them know their is a damage fee
3. Fill out Damaged item form
4. Let supervisor or Jocelynn know so we can replace it.
If you swipe someone with a membership in and "person not found" shows up, what are your next steps?
1. Ask the patron if they got a new ID.
2. Search their name under the member tab.
3. Correct their ID number in the edit page.

When doing laundry, what towels can be washed together and what towels can't?
Fitness towels and blue hand towels can all be washed together then separated after they dry. Shower towels should always be washed separate.

How much is a yearly plus one membership and how many plus ones can a member have?
Each affiliated member can sponsor one person for a plus one membership and the yearly price is $500
