When preparing for your annual review, you need to acquire both family and peer feedback.
Method I use to find the forms:
1) Go to Spreading Solace email and click at the top link for “Quick Resources”
2) Find the “Spreading Kudos” and “Family Feedback” forms and click on each one. They will each open in a separate tab
3) Copy and paste link of the “Spreading Kudos” form into an email and send to peers
4) Copy and paste link of the “Family Feedback” form into an email and send to families

False! Documentation of caregiver education is required in each note and should be individualized and specific to the session. Even if you are working on similar things between sessions, the education should not be exactly the same

False! As the current clinician, you are responsible for maintaining chart compliance until a transition is confirmed by PA.

When completing the annual review process, what should you do if you have more than 5 CEU certificates and PayCom will only let you upload 5 documents
There are a couple different ways to complete this process.
1) Take screenshots of each certificate and upload into one Google document, which can then be uploaded to Paycom
2) If courses were completed on ContinuED, you can export a copy of your transcripts into a PDF and upload the PDF to Paycom
3) You can upload them using a .zip file
If there is a new medication interaction that does not fit in the interventions box due to a character limit, what should you do?
A) If it doesn't fit, you can omit the medication interaction statement
B) Only add what is possible and forget about the rest
