What is bring a weapon on campus?
This could be a consequence for committing the following offenses three times or more in one academic year: Academic dishonesty, cafeteria disturbance, major classroom disruption, dress code violation, leaving campus without permission, profanity, or public display of affection.
What is suspension?
This term describes fair treatment of everyone involved in Sequoia Charter School's disciplinary system, including those who are being disciplined.

What are physical bullying, verbal bullying, and social bullying?
These kinds of offenses will only result in expulsion if they are committed more than once on campus.

This may be a consequence for constantly disobeying behavior rules on the way to and from school.

If you are a victim or witness of bullying that Mr. Hoover does not detect right away, then this is how soon you must tell Mr. Hoover what is going on.

This is a consequence for robbery, burglary, and vandalism on campus.

This could be a consequence for committing the following offenses once in one academic year: Disorderly conduct, insubordination, physical or verbal abuse, or tobacco possession.

This is something that you must do before Mr. Hoover will let you use the restroom.

This is the maximum number of chances that students have to come back to Sequoia and make better choices after one drugs- or alcohol-related suspension.

This is how much responsibility Sequoia Charter School has for any phone that is lost or broken on campus.

Misbehavior such as arson, extortion, gang paraphernalia, and sexual harassment will always result in this (at the very least).
What is suspension and a behavior contract?
If you commit the same misbehavior three times in a row, then these people usually have to meet before you will be allowed back on campus.
