Great, Food, Go! Is one of our special ways of making sure our guest dining experience is amazing. As well as bringing a bottle of wine to every table especially at dinner and present it to our guest. A guest just bought a bottle of one of our most expensive wines so you go to retrieve it and walk through the ally, and realize there is hot food sitting on a try, ready to go. It's ok in this situation to get the wine to the table first.

No food waits-ever, All team members support delivery of hot food, All food is delivered from the window to the table no side trips, Culinary Manager or Culinary Preffessional will always work the Ally window during volume, Tray service is preferred for all hot food.
