Vital Nourishment Mask or the Detoxifying Mud Mask

List the hydration treatment steps too the Signature Mani with the Detoxifying Mud Mask.

• Apply Detoxifying mud mask to palms & back of hands)
•  Wrap in hot towels and perform percussions for one minute each arm
• Remove wrap with towels 
• Apply a pea-sized amount of Hand Salve to the back of both hands. Massage into skin
• Apply 1 pump of Hand Serum and lightly coat the back of the hand ( let sit for 4 min)
• Massage with Earl Grey Body Salve ( 1/4 tsp) and massage 4 min per forearm
• Conclude with cuticle oil

List the hydration treatment steps too the Signature Pedi with the Detoxifying Mud Mask.

• Wrap with hot towels and remove remaining sugar scrub from foot 
• Apply Mud Mask to bottom and top of the foot and wrap in hot towels
• Massage calves while feet are wrapped - 4 min massage on each leg with massage with oil  (1 tsp massage oil) 
•  Apply a pea-sized amount of foot balm to bottom of the foot (focus on the bottom of the foot)
•  Conclude service with cuticle oil

• Wrap with hot towel
• Perform percussion on each leg (1 min) 
• Remove vital nourishment mask
• Apply Mud mask to feet
• Wrap feet in hot towels 
•  4 min massage on each leg with hot stones and massage with oil (1 tsp massage oil) 
•  2 min massage on each leg with massage oil and cold stones 
• Remove mud mask ( 1 foot at a time) apply pea sized foot balm to bottom of the foot ( focus on bottom of the foot 
• Massage foot
• Repeat on other foot
