This is a residential wire maintenance plan.
When a customer with this service has a problem with their telephone voice service(for example, static or no dial tone), CenturyLink will:
locate and identify the source of the problem
repair faulty inside jacks or faulty wiring causing the problem, even if located on the customer side of the Network Interface (NI)
at no additional charge to the customer.
This waives Trouble Isolation Charges (TIC) normally billed when a customer reports a service issue related to jacks, wiring, or equipment.
There is no waiting period. Coverage is for future repair and trouble location charges, not for pre-existing conditions.
