Squanto was kidnapped from his home and taken to England, where he learned to read/write and speak in English. He later returned to his home, but was then kidnapped again and sent to Spain. A pastor saved him from being sold as a slave and helped him to return home. WHen he returned home he discovered his whole trible was gone. He later joined the pilgrims to helpe them to thrive in this new continent.
