What are the programs PEERS provide?
16 - 24 who have lived experience in Mental Health, Foster Care, & Juvenile Justice systems.
What is the age range and lived experiences of the TAY we serve?
At least 10 TAY in each meeting. 2 financial literacy trainings and connect TAY to 1 financial community resource. Each TAY shall complete a personalized WRAP plan. Provide at least 2 wellness trainings (8 Dimensions of Wellness or (WRAP). 2 career exploration topics. 2 college tours. 2 housing workshops and connect TAY to 2 housing community resources to attain housing.
What are the TLC deliverables?
200 TAY participants engaging them through facilitating wellness workshops and attending TAY speaking engagements/panels. Workshops shall be held locations TAY frequent.
What is the deliverable for Wellness Workshops?
Look for professional development trainings. Brainstorm ideas to enhance the TAY program or innovative ways to complete deliverables.
