Two tactics for overcoming consumer objections during the registration process.
1. Remind that contact info is not shared with third parties.
2. Build rapport and connect on a personal shared experience.
3. Reassure that State Farm may be able to provide the consumer with savings on their existing policies.
4. Remind consumers that they can use a photo from their phone if they'd prefer not to take a photo on-site.
5. Remind consumers that the bobblehead could make a fun gift for a friend or family member.
6. Remind consumers that they are opting in for a State Farm agent to contact them, but they can opt-out or ask not to be contacted again at any time.
