Be a role model to show coworkers healthy ways of dealing with difficult situations.
Confidence- Dont let them slip far before showing them the healthy ways
When you are having a difficult time, use positive self-talk and don’t be afraid to ask for help and guidance from mentors.
Competence- Asking for help is not weakness. Change the Stigma
Foster the trust of coworkers and family members in the individual
Confidence- Remind them who is important to them in there life and if they dont feel they have someone then be that someone
Provide targeted training after mistakes and with skills that are used infrequently.
Competence- Showing someone the skills needed instead of trying to explain is sometimes what can help someone move on or relate to them about mistakes.
