This is the process a student might follow if they feel their proposal was incorrectly denied or if they wish to provide additional information.

An "ex gratia" payment, or payment for services in which fees are not traditionally required.
What is Honoraria?
This type of item may only be purchased for large-scale, recurring events, with an expected attendance of 100 or more.
What is Apparel?
This term means actively seeking people to join a club or organization, an activity that's prohibited to use SIF funding.
What is Recruitment?
Off-campus trips within this travel radius are required to use a school bus.
What is one (1) hour?
Principle that requires voting to be done free of religious, spiritual, political, or personal views to ensure equitable funding practices.
What is Viewpoint Neutrality?
Season passes, subscriptions, or tickets that can be used multiple times within a limited period for entry to a venue/service/etc.
What is Memberships?
This group of people should have priority for on-campus events with limited seating.
Who are Penn State Harrisburg students?
This type of funding request may be reviewed for projects to improve the infrastructure on campus.
What is an SFF proposal?
SIF will cover up to $60.00 for this, when travel requires airline tickets.
What is a carry-on bag?
SFAC members can use this confidential form if they feel influenced by people in the SFAC Meeting who are not voting members of the committee.
What is the Voting Integrity Report?
Start up funding for this, may be approved for a maximum of three (3) years.
What is Intercollegiate Athletics?
This document must accompany funding requests, and will detail purchase totals including applicable taxes, fees, shipping, etc., and may include up to 20% gratuity.
