Direct the student to go to the restroom, grab a paper towel and pinch their nose downwards. Then immediately walkie your lead and send student up if possible. Lastly create the ouch report.

A student is washing their hands in the restroom, as they shook off their hands, they slap another student in the face behind them. How would you as a tutor handle this situation?

Investigate the student' stories separately. Explain to the student it was an accident. Then send the student up who got injured to a lead with a note explaining the situation.

Accident. 

Although this was an accident, it could have been prevented by setting expectations and ensuring the sport being played followed lesson plans. Active supervision amongst students can help catch behaviors before accidents such as this occur.
