What qualifies to have a case note deleted?
The ONE Helpdesk and Technical Team cannot delete case notes that were added in error, unless the case note was added to the incorrect case or contained information for a person who is not on the case as this is a privacy incident and/or a safety concern.
Do not submit a CA ticket to delete a case note unless the situation above applies. If a case note needs to be removed please submit a CA ticket.
