Preponderance of the Evidence (the standard is met when enough evidence is presented by the plaintiff of a case to make it more likely than not that the defendant of the same case is guilty of a violation or violations of the AOG or any subsidiary bylaws).

Judicial review is the process in which the Judicial Branch discusses and votes on whether an action of the Senate, Executive orders, or other action taken by any subsidiary entity aligns with the rules and regulations defined by the AoG or bylaws.
