Who is "Me"?
Instructors are trained to deal with behavior management. Only send to Directors if a child is showing repeated behavior issues and constantly being disruptive to the program. Remember to use your "Cool Down" areas in your space. Also make sure you start with your Group Agreement and set the expectation prior to any activity.

Member Bathroom Usage
Who is "Me"?
Instructors are responsible for sending their member(s) to the bathroom. Strongly suggest doing bathroom and water runs before the activity begins. Before they enter your program space ask, "Who has to go the bathroom?"
Please remember to send them in groups of 3. Radio Directors so we can make sure they are transitioning properly. Time them make sure they are back in a reasonable time.
