What is Hostile Work Environment?

- Has access to medical, advocacy, legal, and counseling services.

- Submit an entry into the CATCH Program.
- Is ineligible for transfer, reassignment, or protective orders.
- Does not have command involvement.
- Can change their report status at any time.
What is Restricted Reporting?
This is defined as any action taken against a member of the Armed Forces that affects, or has potential to affect, that member's current position or career. This could include a disciplinary, a transfer or reassignment, a performance evaluation, a decision on pay, benefits, awards or training, a referral for mental health evaluations, and any other significant change in duties or responsibilities inconsistent with the member's grade.

This is defined as excluding someone from social acceptance because the individual reported a criminal offense, is believed to have reported a criminal offense, or to deter an individual from reporting a criminal offense.

A lack of discipline and professionalism, displayed through inappropriate jokes and excessive flirting, are considered to be this for a developing unhealthy work environment.

These three tenets can help a Soldier or DA Civilian determine whether their message or social media post is appropriate to send.

Having a friend, squad leader, or trusted individual address the perpetrator is part of this intervention technique.
What is Delegate?
This Reporting Options is filed in writing using DA Form 7746 with command involvement.
What is a Formal Complaint?
Commanders, Chain of Command, Instructors, and Law enforcement (on and off-duty) all fall into this category for reporting.
Who are Mandatory Reporters?
This update to DOD policy safeguards sexual assault Survivors or witnesses from facing disciplinary action when reporting a sexual assault if "minor" collateral misconduct is discovered during the investigation (ie. underage drinking).
What is the Safe-to-Report Policy?
