Does a Health Science degree prepare you for Graduate and Professional Healthcare focused programs? How and Why?

Yes it does. You can use your Health Science degree to apply to a number of healthcare focused graduate and professional programs as long as you take the required prerequisite courses for those programs. That is easy to do with a Health Science degree because it has a small number of core courses allowing you the time and space to take the necessary prerequisites for programs like Medical School PT, OT, Anesthesiology, etc.
