Politely ask this student to stop. Remind them that sessions are optional and they do not have to attend if they are going to continue their disruptive ways. If they continue to be a problem, talk to your adviser and fellow leaders for suggestion on how to handle the student.

A student emails the SI leader to borrow their notes because they missed class. What do you do?
Giving a student notes is never a good idea. Ask the student why they may have missed class, making sure everything is ok! You may have missed something in taking notes, or taken something down wrong and you do not want this passed down. Encourage the student to attend the next SI session where missed material may be covered.
