Politely explain that as an SI leader, you are not allowed to help in grading assignments. Redirect them to Cameron if they have any further questions about SI leader responsibilities.

When should you use wait times? How are they used?

After every question, give a pause of about 15 sec to give students time to process and answer your question. Then, give them an additional 15 sec to see if another student builds on the previous answer.

A redirecting question should push the students towards the correct answer, but a check for understanding question simply tests whether they understand the concept.
