Create a welcoming and approachable atmosphere. One way to break down barriers is by being friendly, showing genuine interest in their thoughts, and being open to listening to their concerns.

How is OneUSG different from Timesheet and how are they the same?
OneUSG: You will use a website to put the hours in yourself. Timesheet: You will put the hours yourself, but Mrs. Amy will look at the hours and approve it herself.
