I came to realize how important staying active to me is, both mentally and physically. I used to take it for granted the chances offered in the pre-pandemic life to have social interaction daily and to go out for a picnic, a hike or even just a quick gym session. Nobody can live without the presence of personal relationship, whether it being with colleagues, friends or families. And I'm grateful that we are still staying close throughout busy season and these post busy season months!
