she had a seizure. they originally thought that she was going to be one of the failed wit-kids, but then after Adam pushed her into the water, she survived because she got the ability to breathe underwater. (also because she didn't die from the seizure.)

Adam, Cyrus, Birdie, and Holiday were on a helicopter above the ocean.
