Your order should consist of: ONE any type of Burger/Sandwich, ONE Milkshake, and a Friable Item.
What happens if you fail to meet your requirements for one week?
You will be marked as "Inactive" and contacted by the Staff Management Team.
How many trainees can you test at a time during the ordering stage of cashier trainings?
You may only test 1-2 trainees at a time during cashier trainings.
When should your weekly requirements be completed by?
Requirements should be completed by Saturday at 11:59 PM EST.
How many stages are there for Senior Staff trainings? How many must an Exp. Cook correctly complete in order to pass the session?
There are 4 stages for Senior Staff trainings. Exp. Cooks must pass at least 3/4 of the stages to pass the session.
How many LOA days are management officials allotted each month?
Management officials may only be on LOA for up to 10 days a month, unless approved by the Senior Vice President of SMT.
