I dont like outside help, i only use my own team, they know what they are doing.

Everytime we use agency, we always have issues with credentialing.
Shiftkey handles all of the credentials on our end. We even have FRD's to make sure everything you need for your community is at your fingertips.

We have a very strict budget for staffing. In my experience agency is pricey and comes with hidden fees.

We are trying to get ride of agency, we have a firm date for July 1st to stop all outside labor.
That can be very tricky, what does your plan around that look like. Do you have a backup plan or fail safe if you cant meet the deadline?

I completely understand, being misclassified or getting a deficiency tag is a nightmare. Why is it that you would rather have W2? What about W2 Vs 1099 makes you feel safer?

Our team has decided to cut off all agency, we aren't allowed to go outside of our team.

All of our efforts are put into hiring right now, we have a CNA class graduating in two weeks and plan on filling our openings with FTE
