What is dependent with 2 persons for transfers?
This should be done at minimum two times per week.
What is shower/bed bath?
A resident requires help of one person with changing their brief and pants after toileting themselves.
What is extensive assistance of one person with toileting?
Ensuring your resident has plenty of this will help maintain skin turgor and patency.
What is water?
A resident is able to use the urinal independently and leaves it on the bedside table. You as the CNA only empty the urinal for the resident.
