Describe how the CI works using all 5 parts.  


HINT:  Starts with the microphone

The microphone converts the acoustic signal into the electrical signal, which is then processed by the speech processor.  This processed signal is sent to the transmitter, which is held in place by a magnet. The transmitter sends the signal through the skin to the internal receiver, which passes the signal to the electrode array. The electrodes stimulate the nerve fibers in the cochlea.
